3 steps to walk you through how to study med surg in nursing school. And it’s actually super nice to have a plan right, that way you know what to do next and it’s not as stressful, so that’s what we’re going to fix .
step number 1:  learn the pathophysiology.
Learning the pathophysiology of each disorder should be your number one priority. This is the foundation that everything else you need to learn is built off of. So you need this foundation of knowing the pathophysiology FIRST, before you can go and learn everything else that you need to learn. 
step number 2:  review the other main components of the disorder that you need to learn.
there are 4 primary things that you need to know about for each disorder, along with the pathophysiology.
1. signs and symptoms
2. assessment for the disorder
3. nursing interventions
4.what patient education you should do.
step number 3: which is to put in the work, and efficiently study. The key word being, EFFICIENTLY. stay focused while you study, and spend a shorter number of hours fully engaged and learning med-surg, rather than passively studying, stressing out, and not staying focused.
make sure that when you sit down to study, you are refreshed, you’re rested, you’ve got your coffee with you and your water, and you’re ready to go.
4 main ways I recommend you study: if you’re a visual learner, write or draw out all of the concepts. I like to write and re-write my notes over and over again, as well as create concept maps and diagrams. I’m more of a visual and auditory learner, so those 2 things really help me out. And if you need a review on how to create concept maps, make sure you check out the video we have on that. It will walk you through exactly how to create concept maps. Plus, I add in some really great questions to ask to help you critically think.

Although it might seem shallow, the way we dress creates an impression about who we are. If you dress nicely, you will obviously feel good about yourself. 
Feeling good about yourself brings a positive attitude that makes you more confident somehow! When you dress in uncomfortable clothes when you go out in public and you see people throwing glances at you, it causes you to develop some anxiety, which degrades your inner self-confidence.
To dress nicely doesn’t mean going to designer stores. It's the simple things that matter. Here is a quick guide on how to dress well for self-confidence:
  • Dress appropriately for the season.
  • Consider and dress for the occasion.
  • Wear clothes that fit.
  • Know the right shape.
  • Know your personal style and taste.
The thing is, whether you like it or not, your clothes are the very first message that you send to people about the kind of person you are. So start watching how you dress. Use the tips above to guide!
𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐩 𝟐 : 𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟-𝐚𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬.
Self-affirmations are positive and uplifting statements that we say to ourselves. Postive self-affirmations help to replace a negative thought like self-doubt with a positive thought.
replacing that negative thought with a positive self-affirmation to something like “I can do this. I believe in my self!” can really work a miracle.


but how it can work ? Repeating POSITIVE self-affirmations more frequently makes you recondition your brain and change how you feel and think about any situation.
As you see, positive self-affirmations can really help on many occasions. So what I want you to know today is that your mind is a very powerful thing. Use positive self-affirmations to turn a negative defeating situation with positive statements.

𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐩 𝟑 : 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤 𝐚𝐟𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟.

Self-care is the most neglected underlooked thing in the millennial woman. We are so busy doing everything else and forget to look after our selves.
What we don't know is how important self-care is to everyday life. In this post, let's see how self-confidence relates to self-care.
Self-confidence depends on a combination of a few things, such as
  • Emotional health,
  • Social health,
  • And physical health.
Deeper explanation
Self-care, in simple terms, means taking good care of yourself, physically, emotionally, and socially, all balanced in that order.
When you practice self-care, you tend to feel good about yourself; you will have your ideal weight, you will know what makes you happy and what doesn’t, and you will understand yourself more deeply. This will help you in knowing how to tackle challenges as well.
So look after yourself to help understand yourself better. Make time to exercise, meet friends, read, and practice all other examples of self-care you can read here.
𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐩 𝟒 : 𝐁𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐯𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟.


Well, one important thing is you have to believe in yourself and that you, too, are capable of doing ABC and that you can achieve your goals and dreams just like so and so does.
All you need is believe that you, too, can do it, and then form a strategic plan on how to go about it. So, today, I want you to start believing in yourself. Know that you, too, are capable of getting things done.

𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐩 : 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐲 𝐧𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐲.
Start by surrounding yourself with positive people who encourage your capabilities, bring out the best in you, and correct you when you are wrong.
Avoid people who discourage you, fake people, or those who put you down, whether they are friends or family. Just keep a distance from them.
Here is why.
Look at it this way. Where do you seek opinions? Where do compliments come from? Where do you ask for help? Definitely from them.
When they give you negative feedback, discourage you, really bring you down, make you feel worthless, and tell you to give up or quit whatever project you're doing, they lower your self-confidence.
However, if you take the alternative best approach to stay positive and stay close to positive thinkers, they will support you when you need positive support. 

𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙗𝙤𝙩𝙩𝙤𝙢 𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙚 𝙞𝙣 𝙗𝙤𝙤𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙨𝙚𝙡𝙛-𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙛𝙞𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚.


The five habits above are the best you can start with when you want to boost your self-confidence. Choose which one, to begin with, and go for it.
They are all practical and doable. Just always remember that self-confidence is something that you learn to build up because of the challenging world of business and life, in general, can deflate it.

YES YES YES AND YES  ! Dealing with menstrual period is the biggest miserable in Your life not only that but all the hormonal fluctuation also take place in your body.


The changes in hormones often increase oil production, which makes skin more oily than normal. Unfortunately , this often increases the chance that you'll deal with a breakout.


ARRGHH !  SERIOUSLY I HATE WHEN I GET ACNE DURING PMS ( PreMenstrual Syndrome ) . With all my mood swings and selera makan aku yang meningkat . 


SO WHAT SHOULD I DO ? WHAT SHOULD YOU DO ?  WHAT SHOULD EVERY GIRL/WOMAN DO ? 


while you might not be able to completely eradicate these monthly problems, you can do somethings to reduce the risk that you'll deal with acne at the time of the month. So , here are a few tips ( preventing ) we all can follow to stop those hormonal breakouts. 


  1.  Days 1-25 
To prevent hormonal breakouts before your period , you need to take care of your skin during the rest or your cycle. Make sure that you cleanse skin  regularly to keep inflammation and clogged pores at bay. 

To keep the skin from producing  more sebum, minimize your sweets and fried food or cut all sweets and fried food. Try to replace your diet with Fish , Veggies and Fruits. They'll help to cleanse out your body, keeping breakouts away.

     2.  Days 26-28 

This is the time when you are most likely to end up dealing with hormonal breakdowns. You're probably dealing with mood swings and other symptoms of PMS. 

So , what you need to do ? Spend some time pampering yourself. Use some high-quality beauty products, such as face masks, bubble baths, and even massage oils to make yourself better.

A massage or bubble bath will relax you , reducing you stress levels. Or you can do  any activity to relax yourself.  So , the main point is , " keeping your stress levels low " is important since stress often make breakouts worse. 

    3. During The Monthly Period

Now that you're dealing with your period, your skin is EXTRA SENSiTIVE. This means you MUST AVOID having a facial, a deep skin peel, a massage or a sauna.

Harsher procedures could result in inflammation or scarring at this time of the month. Let your skin have a REST while you're having your period and avoid using new beauty products since the skin is so sensitive.

    4.  Pre-Period and During Your Period 

Before you have your period and when you're having period , skip those harsh acne products. During this time, skin is more likely to be irritated at this time, so you don't want to make the problem worse by using products that irritate your skin. That's all !


It's actually pretty easy to keep skin in control , just make sure that you spend time CARING for your skin and avoid any harsh products or procedures when you are dealing with your period.

By gently taking care of your skin, you'll find it easier to keep those breakouts at bay. By using these tips, you'll keep skin looking gorgeous, so you won't to worry about another problem when you're dealing with PMS and your period . Take a Good Care ! Bye for now . lots of love .

Ok dah alang alang kami baru habis exam , so why not kita pergi bercuti , right ? bak kata orang , release your tension la bro . Jangan dok  kasih stress your brain . kesian otak kita 💆

LANGKAWI ISLAND 😎 Yess , tempat menarik dan sesuai untuk di jadikan your short vacay list .

So , bermula lah perjalan saya dengan kawan kawan saya yang tercinta selama 3 hari  2 malam .

Budget yang kami gunakan sangat lah budget tak sampai pun 1K .
Tempat penginapan kami ( Chenang Lodge Motel ) = RM 157.56
Kereta Sewa = RM180 for 2 days

19/08/2018 DAY 1 
Kami bertolak dari hostel , pada awal pagi ahad pergi ke Pengkalan Weld menggunakan Grab RM8 @0753hours.
Sampai di sana kami menggunakan Jetty dari island ke butterworth FOC @0853hours , kami menaiki KTM ke Alor Setar Rm7.10 @0925hours . Perjalanan kami agak lama dan mengambil masa 1 jam lebih. Sampai di Alor Setar @1035hours and direct booked grab RM14 ke Jetty Kuala Kedah . Then sampai di Jetty Kuala Kedah kami beli ticket Ferry ke Langkawi RM23 pada jam @1350hours dan tiba di sana pada jam @1540hours.

Sampai di Langkawi kami mula mengambil Kereta sewa dan terus mencari Chenang Lodge Motel . Ohya ! Chenang Lodge Motel dekat sahaja dengan Pantai Cenang , so it's easy for us untuk menjelajah area pantai cenang plus bila malam pantai cenang sangat la happening . So here how we spend our 3 days and 2 night at Pantai Cenang Langkawi !



Cenang Street 



We spend our first night at Cenang with walking along the Cenang Street . Tempat makan and tempat beli barang untuk souvenir pun banyak juga . So takpayah la takut kebuluran ok 😅 kalau tidak cukup duit pun boleh korek duit dekat ATM 😂  And kalau korang tak tau nak buat apa kat sini it's okay sebab sini banyak agent yang boleh kamu pilih untuk trip pantai pantai yang menarik sekaligus dengan aktiviti yang berfaedah . Just kena pandai tengok tengok harga lah mana yang murah and mahal . Kami beli ticket trip ke "Island Hopping" dengan harga yang murah only rm30/person . Macam trivago punya tagline . ISLAND YANG SAMA TETAPI HARGA YANG BERBEZA 😂😂 .  Sudah beli ticket trip , then kami pergi ke Pantai Cenang . Like seriously guys , its so WOW !  Dengan Fire show dia dengan bar bar yang ada . hahaha . saya swear hilang semua stress kamu .

20/08/2018 DAY 2

Kami bangun pukul 5 pagi sebab why not ? haha . its such a wasting time lah if bangun lambat right ? kita bercuti bukan untuk tidur , tapi untuk menikmati 😎  first kami pergi beli ticket lagi untuk kami balik keesokan harinya sebab takut ticket habis , terpaksa lah kmi extend sewa kereta kami dan hotel kami . Lepas beli tiket kami balik ke hotel and waiting for bus yang ambil kami untuk trip ke "Island Hopping".  




This whole trip take 3 hours for 3 island and only RM30 . kesimpulannya ada tiga 3 .  Dengan pakej 'island hopping', kami boleh melawat Pulau Dayang Bunting, Pulau Singa Besar dan Pulau Beras Basah.

Kami diberi masa sejam sahaja di pulau ini, dan apa yang pasti kami tidak akan melepaskan peluang untuk menyegarkan badan dengan mandi air tasik yang dingin , bermain kayak dan bermacam lagi. 

JUJUR saya tidak pandai berenang . haha . Tapi kawan saya paksa saya .

Selepas sejam sudah berlalu , kami menaiki bot ke Pulau Singa Besar yang terkenal dengan Taman Perlindungan Hidupan Liar. Perjalanan antara dua pulau ini cuma 10 minit sahaja.



Malangnya semasa kami tiba di Pulau kedua , hujan pula join kami sekali , So tak berapa best la tapi kami masih boleh tengok helang helang berterbangan  . 

Selepas itu , Pulau Beras Basah yang bersebelahan dengan Singa Besar, menjadi perhentian terakhir kami . Di sinilah kami berpeluang untuk mandi air laut sepuas-puasnya sebelum balik .

kira kira 12 tengah hari kami sampai di hotel dan berehat sekejap . Petang pula kami teruskan aktiviti kami di Pantai Cenang. .. Terdapat banyak aktiviti yang boleh dilakukan di Pantai Cenang contohnya , Mandi laut , banana boat  , jet ski , sukan pantai dan lain-lain.




tapi kami hanya berpeluang bermain banana boat sahaja sebab sudah namanya vacation on budget so apa boleh buat kan ? hahaha . Actually penat and lepas main Banana Boat saya menghabiskan masa saya dengan belajar swimming .

Malam 20hb ni pula macam biasa lepak dekat pantai sambil tengok fire show and chill . Night Still Young orang kata . Yang bestnya , saya dapat belated birthday surprise . Then nama saya di panggil and orang orang yang buat fire show tu suruh saya berdiri di tengah-tengah and dorang buat show dengan beralunkan lagu happy birthday . You know what ? this is the best surprise ever plus ada one shot lagi haha . ops !

21/08/2018 DAY 3


Last Day at Pantai Cenang , berat rasanya hendak tinggalkan Langkawi . Tapi apakan daya  , this is just a short vacation , so move on lah . Jam 12 tengah hari kami pun check out dan pergi ke Kuah . Meanwhile waiting for our ferry , so why not tak jalan jalan di Pekan Kuah . Di Pekan Kuah kami singgah di satu Mall yang saya sendiri pun lupa apa nama yang diberikan untuk mall itu . Haha . Disanalah kami membeli coklat-coklat yang bebas dari cukai. Lepas tu , kami pergi Jetty dan bermain Bowling before go back . Ok That's it. Begitulah perjalanan kami di Langkawi selama 3 hari 2 malam.  " Vacay always end with good memories." 

So sesiapa yang ada plan hendak bercuti di Langkawi , better teruskan . Kalau boleh jangan lama lama , nanti tidak kesampaian . It's a worth money invest :)

Hey , its been awhile i didn't update  anything hahaha , as you all can see my last wrting on this blog  on  2016 , so yah . hye ! im come back 🌼🤗

huhu , actually on 2016 i just "suka suka" tulis dekat blogg , y not kan ? sis alone doh haha . zaman kejatuhan kot . and baru nak bejinak jinak ngan natang blogg ni . and i dont likeeeee menulis or mengarang or apa apa saja lah asalkan ada ciri ciri yang " wordy" 😂  im not that typical . and jujur saya katakan , saya betul betul NOOB ngan benda ni 🙈

CAPTAIN NOBODY - MORAL VALUES / LESSONS

  1. We must not lose hope when we're facing life challenges 
  2. We must be ready to forgive and be forgiven by others
  3. We must always help those who are in need
  4. We must always learn from our life experiences and be better in the future
  5. We must have self-confidence in our lives
  6. We must not be influenced by rumours and gossips
  7. We must respect, support and protect our beloved ones

Love and friendship
  • Newt loved his family members although sometimes he did not get the attention he deserved
  • Newt, together with Mom and Dad, would attend and give support in every game that Chris was playing
  • Mom and Dad were willing waiting for Chris to wake up from his coma 
  • Chris loved his brother as they would share jokes when they met each other
  • Cecil and JJ stood behind Newt no matter what happened. They helped each other, even in the event of creating Captain Nobody's costume 
Determination in one's life
  • Chris and his teammates showed high level of determination to win the Big Game although their opponents were leading at crucial part of the game
  • Newt was determined to stop the traffic on the highways despite the dangerous situation he was facing so that he could get Ferocious the Ferret back into its cage
  • Cecil was determined to get the big bass drum that was thrown away even he had to seek the help of Captain Nobody 
  • JJ showed her determination to correct other people's mistakes by stepping into Sullivan's store and talked to the owners
Helping those in need 
  • Newt would remind Mom about important events and help his mother to find her misplaced belongings 
  • Captain Nobody helped Mr.clay to find his way back home after getting lost at the Dumpster
  • Captain Nobody talked to the Sullivan couple after JJ asked faor his favour and it turn out he saved the sore owners' lives from an armed robbery
Dealing with identity crisis
  • Although the creation of Captain Nobody was unintentional, Newt gained much confidence and courage when he was in the costume
  • Mrs.Young , the class teacher, showed great concern for Newt and brought up the matter to the principal, who was later joined by the school counsellor and nurse
  • Newt reasoned out with his concerned Dad,who came home and talked to him, after the school had informed Dad about Captain Nobody
  • When Newt was finally recognized and got the attention he deserved from the local community including his family, he reverted to becoming Newton Newman once again
Optimism
  • Although he was just 10-year-old kid, Newt was full of optimism 
  • After knowing that Chris only had 6 days to wake up, he was still confident that one day his brother would recover from coma

Langkah 1 – Fahami Punca Stress
– Selidik punca yang menyebabkan stress terjadi kepada anda
– Cari masalah dalam diri satu persatu.
– Cuba mengubah rutin dan kebiasaan yang dilakukan sehingga
menyebabkan ketegangan.

Langkah 2 – Letakkan Keutamaan
– Senaraikan keutamaan untuk dilakukan
– Jangan melakukan semua pekerjaan tanpa memberi keutamaan
kepada yang lebih penting.
– Bertindak mengikut keutamaan untuk mengelakkan kita tidak
membuang masa dan melakukan sesuatu yang merugikan.

Langkah 3 – Selesaikan Masalah Satu Persatu.
– Selesaikan masalah kecil sebelum ia menjadi lebih besar.
– Cuba selesaikan masalah yang ada pada waktu yang sesuai.
– Dapatkan interaksi dan komunikasi yang lebih berkesan kerana ia
boleh menyelesaikan pertelingkahan dan masalah.

Langkah 4 – Menangis
– Titisan air mata dapat menjadi teman dan menceritakan seribu
masalah.
– Menangis merupakan amalan yang sihat dan dapat melapangkan
tekanan minda dan jiwa.
– Wanita lebih mudah menzahirkan emosinya melalui tangisan
berbanding lelaki yang lebih kerap memendam perasaan dan
menganggap menangis adalah sesuatu yang mengaibkan.

Langkah 5 – Ketawa
– Dapatkan masa untuk duduk bersama sahabat handai yang pandai
berjenaka dan berhiburlah bersama mereka.
– Ketawa membantu meningkatkan keupayan pernafasan dan
denyutan jantung, kegiatan otot-otot dan suhu badan juga dapat
diaktifkan.
– Proses ketawa boleh membantu membuang toksid di dalam badan
dan darah dapat berjalan dengan lebih lancar.

Langkah 6 – Bersenam Atau Beriadah
– Bersenam tidak hanya mencergaskan fizikal, bahkan mental juga
lapang setelah berpeluh
– Ketegangan jasmani dapat dielakkan dengan kerana peredaran
darah berjalan lancar kerana otot-otot digerakkan.
– Bersenam juga boleh membakar lemak yang boleh membawa
penyakit di dalam badan.

Langkah 7 – Menyanyi, Menari Dan Menjerit.
– Anda boleh melepaskan stress dengan menyanyi dalam bilik air tanpa
mementingkan sangat senikata lagu tersebut sambil menitiskan
airmata
– Pasang lagu yang rancak dan sesuai untuk menari sepuas hati
sehingga berpeluh
– Menjerit. Cari tempat yang sunyi dan jeritlah sekuat tenaga. Anda juga
boleh mendapatkan tempat yang bising seperti di tapak pembinaan
ataupun di dalam kebisingan waktu hujan dan di mana-mana
mengikut kreativiti anda.

Langkah 8 – Curahkan Perasaan Dalam Diari.
– Bila anda merasa tertekan akibat marah, sedih, kecewa dan
sebagainya, tulislah segala-galanya di dalam diari
– Tidak perlu mencatakan secara detail perasaan anda. Cukup sekadar
sedikit catatan. Simpan diari di tempat rahsia anda
– Kebiasaanya kita akan tertawa apabila membaca semula catitan kita
itu di lain masa kerana selalunya ianya terlalu remeh tidak seperti apa
yang digambarkan didalam diari.

Langkah 9 – Luahkan Pada Sahabat Karib.
– Mungkin anda melihat masalah itu terlalu berat, tetapi mungkin tidak
pada sahabat karib anda.
– Luahkan kepada sahabat anda itu perasaan anda kerana ia dapat
mengurangkan bebanan stress.
– Kemungkinan masalah anda akan selesai dengan pendapat dan
pandangan sahabat anda itu.

Langkah 10 – Meditasi Atau Bertafakur.
– Melakukan penilaian semula terhadap pertuturan, perbuatan dan
tingkahlaku yang telah dilakukan.
– Secara bertafakur dan bertenang anda boleh membuat
pertimbangan, di mana yang patut diperbaiki dan punca timbulnya
masalah sehingga anda dapat ketegangan.
– Pejamkan mata rapat-rapat dan lihatlah ke dalam diri, siapakah anda
sebenarnya dan apa yang anda ingini.

Langkah 11 – Tahu Had Kemampuan.
– Tahu bila bermula dan sepatutnya berhenti serta jangan terlalu
memaksa diri.
– Jangan terlalu membuang masa kepada perkara yang anda tidak
lagi mampu ditanggung.
– Serahkan sesuatu urusan itu kepada orang yang lebih layak atau
mahir melakukannya supaya anda tidak terus-terusan tertekan.

Langkah 12 – Berusaha Dan Berserah.
– Bertawakallah kepada Tuhan setelah kita berusaha dengan sehabis
baik.
– Banyakkan melakukan perbuatan mahmudah (baik) dan menjauhkan
perbuatan mazmumah (jahat) serta tambahkan amalan-amalan
sunat seperti puasa, sembahyang, zikir dan sebagainya.
– Jangan biarkan hidup anda terus tertekan. Berusaha mendapatkan
jalan keluar bagi setiap masalah.

Langkah 13 – Bersantai
– Setelah berusaha keras melakukan rutin, anda perlu mencari sedikit
ketenangan seperti berekreasi di taman, berkelah di sungai atau di
mana-mana tempat yang dirasakan sesuai untuk memanjakan diri
dan minda.
– Lakukan juga kegiatan yang tidak terlalu membebankan minda dan
memberikan keseronokan
– Rehatkan diri sebentar sebelum memulakan tugasan baru.

Langkah 14 – Ambil Mudah.
– Biar sebesar mana dugaan yang diterima anggaplah ia sesuatu yang
mudah dan jangan terlalu membebankan fikiran.
– Jika boleh dan sesuai, bawalah tugasan yang tidak boleh diselesaikan
itu pada keesokkan harinya.
– Jangan terlalu membebankan masalah anda sehingga hidup jadi tak
keruan dan sukar tidur atau kurang selera makan dan sebagainya.

Langkah 15 – Mengadu Kepada Kaunselor.
– Sekiranya anda tidak mampu menyelesaikan masalah anda,
dapatkan kaunselor yang boleh membantu.
– Kaunselor dapat membantu proses penyelesaian masalah dan
tindakan yang perlu diambil.
– Kaunselor dapat memberitahu apa yang mungkin anda tidak sedar
mengenai diri sendiri.

Langkah 16 – Berurut.
– Berurut boleh membantu melancarkan perjalanan darah dan urat
yang tegang serta keras dapat dikendurkan. Dapatkan mereka yang
mahir dan bertauliah dalam teknik pengurutan.
– Selepas berurut anda akan merasakan kelegaan pada tubuh badan.
– Berurut walau kadangkala sedikit sakit, mampu menghilangkan
ketegangan akibat bebanan stress.

Langkah 17 – Refleksologi Atau Akupuntur.
– Melalui refleksologi kaki, punca penyakit dapat dikenalpasti.
– Akupuntur dapat melegakan kesakitan dan membantu
menghilangkan tekanan yang ditanggung.
– Cara ini sesuai untuk mengatasi masalah stress.

Langkah 18 – Hipnosis
– Anda berhadapan dengan pakar yang membawa anda memasuki
satu suasana yang indah.
– Anda kemudian disuruh membayangkan masalah yang dihadapi,
airmata keluar tanpa disedari dan seterusnya anda disuruh
melontarkan masalah tersebut jauh-jauh. Apabila tersedar anda
berasa segar dan ringan tanpa masalah.
– Teknik ini sebenarnya bermain dengan fikiran bawah sedar dengan
membersihkan masalah yang menganggu tanpa disedari.

Langkah 19 – Terima Keadaan Seadanya.
– Jangan mengharapkan sesuatu keadaan berubah mengikut
kehendak kita kerana tidak semua yang kita ingini akan menjadi
kenyataan.
– Dalam keadaan ini ada baiknya jangan terlalu mengharap sesuatu
yang terlampau hebat supaya anda tidak merasa terlalu kecewa jika
tidak memperolehinya.
– Terima keadaan seadanya dan berbahagia dan menghargai apa
yang ada tanpa membandingkan dengan apa yang orang lain
dapat.

Langkah 20 – Amalkan Sikap Dan Gaya Hidup Sihat.
– Bersikap terbuka dalam semua perkara dengan membuka minda dan
anda sedia menerima sesuatu bencana.
– Sedar dan mensyukuri bahawa segala yang berlaku adalah ketentuan
dari Allah Taala dan ada hikmah disebaliknya. Gunakan kelebihan
fikiran yang dikurniakan Tuhan untuk mengatasi masalah mendatang.
– Amalkan gaya hidup sihat dengan mengambil makanan seimbang
dan hidup secara teratur serta terurus dan jangan melakukan kegiatan
yang tidak sihat dan merosakkan diri dan kehidupan

I know finals is approaching. Some of you are needing to get a high/perfect score on your examinations for you to pass on that certain subject. But hey! Don't lose hope. God will turn that impossible thing to possible! Have faith! But always remember just like this Bible verse tells us "So also faith by itself, if it does not have works, is dead" (James 2:17 ESV) Having faith in God is not just letting him work! You must move! Study! God will give you sufficient strength and knowledge. Yes, you can lean to God! But you have to move. You can do it! Mahal ka ni Lord! Di ka niya papabayaan ❤
